6. What is the original value of agricultural machinery?

The original value refers to the amount actually paid when purchasing and installing agricultural machinery (equipment), and the total value added when various modifications are carried out in the future.

7. How to calculate the original value of agricultural machinery?

Specifically calculated as follows:

(1) The original value of the purchased machinery shall be determined according to the actual paid purchase price, packaging fee, shipping and miscellaneous fees and installation costs;

(2) For the machinery manufactured by itself, the original value shall be determined according to the actual cost incurred in the manufacturing process;

(3) For the machinery invested by other units, the original value shall be determined according to the price confirmed by the appraisal and agreed in the contract and agreement;

(4) For the reconstruction of the original mechanism, the net expenditure incurred in the reconstruction project shall be added according to the original book price of the original machinery;

(5) The machinery received as gifts shall be priced according to the market price of similar machinery, or according to the relevant original vouchers provided, and the relevant expenses incurred when receiving the equipment shall be included in the original value. Net value is the balance of the original value after deducting accumulated depreciation.

8. What is the total power of agricultural machinery?

It refers to the total power of various power machinery mainly used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. Including farming machinery, irrigation and drainage machinery, harvesting machinery, agricultural transportation machinery, plant protection machinery, animal husbandry machinery, forestry machinery, fishing machinery and other agricultural machinery (combustion engines are calculated by converting engine horsepower into kilowatts, and electric motors are calculated by converting their power into kilowatts). It does not include power machinery and operating machinery specially used for non-agricultural production such as townships, towns, villages, organizing industries, capital construction, non-agricultural transportation, scientific experiments and teaching.

9. What is the level of agricultural mechanization?

The level of agricultural mechanization refers to the percentage of the number of machine and equipment operations used in agricultural production in the total operation volume, which is generally calculated according to the operation items. At present, the level of mechanization of farming, planting, and harvesting is commonly used to measure the level of farmland mechanization, which is also called the level of comprehensive mechanization.
