In summer, when the temperature is high, diesel oil with a higher freezing point can be used, and the correctness of the fuel supply advance angle must be ensured. In addition to diesel oil, lubricating oil and grease should also be used in summer according to regulations. Some tractors have an oil temperature reversing valve. During seasonal maintenance, the reversing valve should be turned to the position where the oil leads to the oil radiator.
7. Pay attention to the maintenance of the battery
In summer, the water in the battery electrolyte is easy to emit, and special attention should be paid to the inspection of the battery liquid level. The normal liquid level should be 10mm-15mm higher than the pole plate. The electrolyte density of the battery should be reduced according to the regulations. The ventilation holes on the filler cap should be unclogged more. Batteries that are not used temporarily should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
8. The higher the gas-yin temperature of the fuel-proof oil, the faster the evaporation, and the easier it is to form a gas-yin in the oil circuit. Therefore, in summer, the oil supply filter should be cleaned in time to keep the oil path unobstructed: a damp cloth can be covered on the fuel pump while driving, and water should be sprayed regularly to keep it moist and reduce the generation of qi and yin. When the fuel system produces air and cloud in one day, stop the vehicle immediately to cool down, and fill the oil circuit with fuel oil by hand.
9. Anti-engine deflagration The engine deflagration due to overheating will increase the wear on the upper part of the cylinder by 3 to 5 times.
