1. Install
(1) Clean up, remove rust, and remove oil from the parts that need to be assembled, and place them by category;
(2) Assemble the rake group first, and the spacing between the rake groups on the rake group is equal, and the tolerance is 8 mm;
(3) On the flat ground, first place the cake frame on the special bracket, and then install the components such as the cake groups, depth-limiting wheels, and transport wheels in sequence;
(4) Assemble hydraulic or pneumatic systems;
(5) After the final assembly is completed, carry out debugging.
2. debugging
The mechanical debugging is done by manual adjustment, and the convenience, flexibility and accuracy of the movement of each movable part are checked. For the debugging of hydraulic or pneumatic machinery, the convenience, flexibility and accuracy of the hydraulic or pneumatic mechanism can be checked with the help of a self-made hydraulic or pneumatic debugging platform. Or attach it to the tractor, connect the hydraulic system or the pneumatic system, and then check the status of each corresponding adjustment. Debugging requirements:
(1) The required level of the rake;
(2) The rake depth adjustment is flexible and convenient;
(3) The take-off and landing mechanism is flexible and effective, the operation is flexible, and the movement is stable.
