3. The engine can not start, and the starter motor works normally
When the excavator starter motor works normally, but the engine can not start, first of all, consider filling fuel, if the engine still can not start, then consider checking whether there is air leakage in the fuel system, and then check the high-pressure pump or injection nozzle, valve clearance and engine compression pressure in turn.
4. Exhaust gas becomes white or blue
If the exhaust gas of the equipment is found to be white or blue, the first thing you should do is to adjust the amount of oil to the right level. If there is no significant improvement, then you need to change the oil as required.
5. Exhaust gas is sometimes black
When the exhaust gas of the equipment is black, the first thing to do is to clean or replace the air filter element, then consider checking the fuel injector, check the engine compression pressure, and finally clean or replace the turbocharger
6. Combustion sound is sometimes abnormal
If you find the engine combustion, the sound has abnormal phenomenon, you need to promptly check the fuel injector.
7. The engine sound is not normal
When the engine sound is not normal, first check whether the fuel used meets the requirements, then check whether the engine is overheated, replace the silencer and adjust the valve clearance.
