Every spring, farmers are busy with farming, and tractors are one of the main forces. What should be paid attention to before farming? What should I do if there is a problem?
1.Before starting the tractor, the oil circuit, circuit and cooling water must be checked; after starting, the readings of each instrument must be paid attention to at any time;
2. Maintain the "three filters" of the tractor in time and replace the air filter element. Because the air filter of the tractor contains a lot of dust and fine particles in the spring, the air filter is prone to blockage in the spring, which affects the intake of the engine. Causes the engine to appear difficult to start, weak operation, unstable idling and so on. Therefore, the maintenance and replacement of the air filter should be done in time during the spring plowing and spring sowing seasons;
3. When using the clutch, it should be noted that when the tractor starts and shifts in farmland operations, it is necessary to step on the clutch pedal to the bottom, stay for 2-4 seconds, and then shift the gear;
4. When the tractor is in gear, it should be noted that when the forward gear and the reverse gear are switched between each other, the vehicle must be completely stationary before switching, and it is forbidden to change the gear during the driving process;
5. The bolts, nuts and loose parts of each connecting part, such as the fixed nut of the front and rear driving wheels, the connecting nut of the steering rod, etc., should be checked frequently, and tightened in time if they are loose;
6. The position of the farm implement should be locked when the tractor-mounted farm implement is transferred; the driver must lower the farm implement to the ground when leaving the tractor;
