1. Select a loader with the appropriate traveling speed based on the working conditions.
For materials with high density such as dense ores, solid soil, or loose materials like coal and coke, due to different working conditions, there are significant differences in the selection of loaders.
For materials with higher density such as solid soil and ores, as they require higher traction (insertion force), a loader with a lower working speed and greater digging force and traction should be selected to ensure normal operation.
2. Select a loader with the appropriate rated load capacity based on the workload.
When purchasing a loader with what load capacity to achieve the best economic benefits, it should be based on the principle of practicality and sufficiency, and determined according to the workload. That is, it should not be too large or too small. Being too large causes waste, and being too small is insufficient for use.

Firstly, for pavement construction work and large coal mines, due to the large workload, long working cycle, and spacious working environment, the load capacity of the transportation machinery is all above 10 tons. At this time, a loader with a load capacity of 5 tons or 6 tons should be selected. This can improve work efficiency and reduce construction costs. For occasions with relatively smaller workloads, such as earthwork and river sand, a product with a load capacity of 3 tons or 4 tons can be selected. For occasions with extremely small workloads, such as some small individual sand and gravel yards, the vehicle generally used is a small tractor, and a product with a load capacity of 1.5 tons or less can be selected to avoid excessive loading machine capacity, thereby achieving the purpose of economic and practicality.Wheel Loader
