1. Before starting the vehicle, conduct a thorough inspection to ensure all parts are in good condition. Then, check if all control levers are in the middle position. If the vehicle has been parked for a long time, pump the fuel pump to circulate fuel in the fuel system and loosen the vent screw on the fuel injection pump to discharge any gas in the fuel system. Start the engine by turning on the key switch, connecting the main power supply, and pressing the start key. Once started, turn the key to start the engine. If the first start fails, wait for 2 to 5 minutes before attempting a second start. If the engine fails to start three times, stop the start, identify the cause, and resolve the fault before starting again. Each start should not exceed 12 seconds.
2. After the engine starts, warm up the engine at a speed of 600 to 750 r/min and closely monitor the readings of all instruments, especially the diesel engine oil pressure gauge. The value should be greater than 0.05 MPa. When the pressure gauge reading is greater than 0.44 MPa, the vehicle can be driven.
3. After the engine starts, check if all parts of the loader are normal. Raise the boom to the transportation position; release the handbrake, step on the brake pedal, gently operate the gearshift lever, and hang the lever in the selected gear; release the foot brake pedal and slowly step on the accelerator pedal to gradually accelerate the loader. When the water temperature reaches 75°C, it can operate at full load.
4. When driving in the same direction, there is no need to stop or step on the brake pedal when changing gears; however, if the direction changes, the gears must be changed after stopping.

5. When driving or operating on a slope, the selector valve should be in the non-cut-off position (applicable to loaders with selector valves). Because the transmission still has power output during braking, once the braking is released, the loader can quickly start to ensure smooth operation; otherwise, if the selector valve is in the cut-off position, stepping on the brake pedal will cut off the oil circuit of the transmission, causing the transmission to have no power output. The loader will experience slippage and instability after restarting.
6. When operating the boom cylinder control lever, when the boom is in the appropriate position, release the control handle, and the lever can automatically return; however, when operating the arm cylinder control lever, when the arm is raised (or lowered) to the required position, the lever should be placed in the middle position because the arm control lever does not have an automatic return function.
7. During operation, the engine's water temperature should not exceed 95°C, and the oil temperature of the torque converter should not exceed 115°C. If the oil and water temperatures exceed the allowable values due to long-term heavy-load operation, stop the engine for cooling.
8. If the engine suddenly stalls while the loader is running, immediately step on the brake pedal. At this time, the steering oil pump has stopped working, so the steering mechanism cannot be turned to implement steering.
9. In driving, it is strictly prohibited to drive at high speed! High-speed driving poses a threat to safety. When driving downhill on the loader, lightly step on the brake pedal and keep the engine running. Do not shut down the engine to coast!
10. For all components of the loader, regular maintenance and lubrication should be carried out as per regulations.
11. The hydraulic transmission oil used in the loader's gearbox and the hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic system must be clean and meet the specified requirements.Wheel Loader
