What are the features of wheeled bulldozers?

1. Structural composition:

The working device of the wheel-type bulldozer is the same as that of the loader, being of a front-mounted type. Due to the significant differences in structure and connection methods, the front frame of the wheel-type bulldozer needs to be redesigned. As shown in the picture above, the working device of the wheel-type bulldozer consists of the shovel assembly, two shovel connection brackets, two main arms, left and right adjustable horizontal push rods assemblies, vertical support rods, lifting cylinders, and side inclination cylinders, among other components. The shovel assembly is hinged to the front frame through the main arms and the lifting cylinders; it is also fixedly connected to the main arms through the left and right horizontal push rod assemblies, vertical support rods, and side inclination cylinders, thereby connecting all the components into an integrated whole and enabling the functions of lifting the shovel and lateral inclination.

2. Structural features:

(1) The welded components of the shovel adopt a closed structure design, significantly enhancing the overall strength and rigidity of the shovel, which is sturdy, reliable, and durable, and is most suitable for the stripping operation in the original ten-layer environment.

(2) The shovel assembly is fastened with countersunk bolts between the five wear-resistant shovels, facilitating the replacement of the worn-out shovels; at the same time, the shovels are made of special wear-resistant materials resistant to low-temperature embrittlement, suitable for rock-based operation environments in cold regions, effectively extending the service life of the shovel assembly.

(3) The left and right main arms are designed in a box-type structure, lightweight, strong, and rigid, which can well meet the operational requirements.

(4) Adjustable horizontal push rod assemblies and vertical support rods are adopted to change the viewing angle and inclination angle of the shovel. This ensures that the shovel maintains a certain cutting angle and a certain spatial position, allowing the wheel-type bulldozer shovel to operate normally in different soil types and underground conditions.

(5) The "TT" shape assembly structure between the shovel assembly and the left and right main arms ensures more uniform force distribution, which is beneficial for protecting the shovel and also facilitates the adjustment of the cutting angle of the shovel.

(6) The entire working device has been optimized through CAD technology, with a reasonable design of structural components, good force distribution in each part, and advanced technical parameters and performance indicators.
