1. Operating conditions
1) Detailed understanding of the operation content and construction technical requirements, and carefully check the location of various piles in the operation area.
2) Check that there are barrier-free and other factors that endanger safe operation around the motor grader, and let unrelated personnel leave the operation area.
2. Inspection and start before work
1) According to the daily maintenance requirements, carefully check whether the motor grader has loose parts, loss, excessive wear, sediment accumulation, liquid leakage, tire wear and air pressure reduction, etc., and exclude.
2) Put the scraper and other operating devices in the transportation state, check whether they are intact and whether the action is normal.
3. Safety precautions in operation
1) The scraper should be raised and kept within the width of the motor grader during driving to ensure that the front wheel does not touch the scraper when steering.
2) In the process of operation, if the alarm signal light flashes or the alarm rings between alarms, the work of the grader should be stopped as soon as possible, and the fault should be found out and eliminated before the operation can be continued.
3) When working on steep slopes, do not use articulated frames to prevent man-machine damage caused by overturning. When working back and forth on steep slopes, the blade should always extend downhill.
4. Safety precautions after operation
1) Park the motor grader on the ground, put the transmission in neutral position, pull on the parking brake, scraper and auxiliary working device to the ground, but do not apply downward pressure to reduce the load of the hydraulic cylinder, turn off the engine, pull the animal battery switch to the disconnected position, and remove the ignition key.
2) Install the lock pin of the articulated motor grader.Motor Grader
