9. The rotation of the scraper, the adjustment of the shovel angle and the inclination to the outside of the machine must be carried out when the machine is stopped; however, the lifting action of the left and right ends of the scraper can be adjusted at any time during the machine running.
10. All kinds of shoveling operations should be driven at low speed, and the first gear must be used when shoveling soil at an angle and when using tooth rakes; the second and third gears can be used for scraping and leveling operations. Shifting must be done at a standstill.
11. When the hard soil needs to be loosened with a toothed rake, the teeth should be lowered slowly, and the toothed rake should not be used to loosen the stones or concrete pavement.
12. When using a motor grader to remove snow, the tire chains should be installed on the tires, and the deep pits and grooves on the road should be detected section by section.
13. When turning or turning around, the grader should use a low gear; during normal driving, the front wheel should be steered. When the site is particularly narrow, the front and rear wheels can be used to steer at the same time.
14. When driving, lift the scraper and tooth rake to the highest position, and place the scraper at an angle. The two ends of the scraper should not exceed the outside of the rear wheel. The driving speed shall not exceed the instruction manual. When going downhill, do not coast in neutral gear.
15. During the operation, the oil temperature of the torque converter should be paid attention to at any time. When it exceeds 120℃, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the operation should be continued after cooling down.
16. After the operation, it should be parked on a flat and safe place, drop the scraper on the ground, and apply the handbrake.
