1. When leveling the ground with large unevenness, it should be leveled with a bulldozer first, and then leveled with a grader.
2. There should be no obstacles such as tree roots and stones in the grader working area. For the soil with solid ground, it should be loosened with a tooth harrow first.
3. The position and data of the level point and wire control pile in the operation area should be clear, and the line setting and line inspection work should be completed in advance.
4. The key inspection items before operation shall meet the following requirements:
1) The lighting and sound devices are complete and effective;
2) Fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc. meet the regulations;
3) There is no looseness of each connector;
4) There is no leakage in the hydraulic system;
5) The tire pressure is in compliance with the regulations.
5. The internal combustion engine shall not be forced to start by the towing method, nor shall the grader be used to tow other machinery.
6. After starting, the indicated value of each instrument should meet the requirements, and the internal combustion engine can be started only after the internal combustion engine runs normally.
7. Before starting, check that there should be no obstacles and pedestrians around the machine, honk the horn to signal, start with a low gear, and test to confirm that the brakes are sensitive and effective.
8. When working, the scraper should be lowered to the ground first, and then the scraper should be lowered to shovel soil after starting. When shoveling soil, the soil cutting depth of the scraper should be adjusted in small amounts at any time according to the resistance of the shoveling.
