Excessive oil pressure
The main reasons for the excessively high oil temperature of the hydraulic torque converter are as follows: (1) Insufficient working oil; (2) Frequent overflow of the safety valve; (3) Insufficient cooling; (4) Clogged filter screen; (5) Contaminated, oxidized or thinned oil.
When this problem occurs, first check if the coolant level is normal and if the oil level of the transmission system meets the requirements. Also, pay attention to checking if the filter is clogged.
Weak hydraulic torque converter
The main reasons for the excessively high oil temperature of the hydraulic torque converter are as follows: (1) Insufficient hydraulic oil; (2) Improper pressure regulation; (3) Insufficient back pressure.
When this problem occurs, check the quality of the torque converter oil (whether hydraulic transmission oil is mistakenly used), the oil quantity, and check the torque converter pressure regulating valve, back pressure valve and their set pressure values.
Common troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
The blade cannot be lifted or the lifting force is weak
The causes and solutions for this problem are as follows: (1) The pressure setting of the relief valve does not meet the requirements. Adjust the pressure to the required value; (2) Internal leakage of the cylinder. Check or replace the cylinder components; (3) The directional control valve is stuck or has internal leakage. Check or replace the valve components; (4) Low oil level or clogged oil inlet filter. Add sufficient oil and clean the filter; (5) Malfunction of the oil supply pump. Check or replace the pump.

The first step in troubleshooting this problem is to check if the pump and valve are faulty. Then, use an oil pressure gauge to check if the system safety valve reaches the rated pressure. According to the specified position in the manual, connect the pressure gauge to test the rated pressure of the pump and safety valve. If the pressure is insufficient, adjust the safety valve to make the system pressure reach the required value. If the pressure still does not meet the requirements, check if the pump has internal leakage. If there are no problems with the pump and system pressure, check if the pressure difference between the device valve, differential pressure valve and system pressure is within the required range. If it is not within the required range, check or adjust the differential pressure valve for any abnormal phenomena. The method of adjusting the differential pressure valve is to adjust the throttle hole or add or remove the adjustment pad.
The loosening device cannot be lifted or the lifting force is weak
The causes and solutions for this problem are as follows:
(1) The pressure setting of the relief valve does not meet the requirements. Adjust the pressure to the required value; (2) Internal leakage of the cylinder. Check or replace the cylinder components; (3) The directional control valve is stuck or has internal leakage. Check or replace the valve components; (4) Low oil level or clogged oil inlet filter. Add sufficient oil and clean the filter; (5) Malfunction of the oil supply pump. Check or replace the pump; (6) Leakage of the check valve. Check the wear and damage of the check valve core and valve seat, and whether the check valve spring is fatigued or deformed, etc.
