Paver is a kind of construction equipment mainly used for paving various materials on the base and surface layers of expressways. The paving work is completed by the cooperation of various systems, mainly including the walking system, the hydraulic system, the conveying and distributing system, and so on.
(1) Crushed stone paver:
The gravel paver is one of the road construction machinery. A construction machine capable of spreading gravel evenly on the roadbed. It is mainly composed of a hopper, a supporting roller, a skid, a V-shaped scraper, a widened side plate and a running wheel.
(2) Asphalt paver：
Asphalt paver is a machine that evenly spreads the asphalt mixture on the road base and performs preliminary vibrating and leveling. There are two types: crawler type and tire type. It consists of two parts: traction, paving, compaction and ironing. The former includes frame, power unit, walking device, hopper, material door, scraper conveyor, screw paver and cab, etc. The latter includes a traction arm, a vibrating mechanism and a screed device (consisting of a screed, thickness adjuster, crown adjuster and heating device, etc.).
