How To Maintenance Disc Harrow?

Apr 29, 2024

1. Class maintenance

(1) After each shift, clean up the debris such as mud and grass on the rakes, scrapers and depth-limiting wheels.

(2) Check the tightness of all the tightening bolts, and tighten the loose ones.

(3) For the parts that need to be lubricated, such as the rake group bearing, depth limit wheel, transport wheel and adjusting screw, grease or lubricating oil should be injected 1~2 times per shift: Lubricating oil or butter should be added to each rotating part to ensure its flexible operation.

(4) Check the gap between the scraper and the rake, and observe whether there is friction.

2. Degree maintenance

(1) After the quarterly work is completed, all parts should be inspected and maintained. Check the wear and damage of the rake blade, repair or replace it in time if it exceeds the specification.

(2) Completely lubricate each lubricated part, and apply anti-rust oil to the exposed screw rod and suspension pin.

(3) The whole rake should be cleaned. The surface of the rake blade should be coated with anti-rust oil. Replace the butter in the bearing, add lubricating oil to each lubricating part, and coat the rake with oil to prevent rust.

3. Long-term parking and maintenance

(1) When the disc harrow is parked for a long time, the harrow group should be padded with wooden boards. Hydraulic or pneumatic joints should be coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with plastic paper to prevent bump damage, parked on high ground, and covered with a bitter cloth to prevent damage drenched.

(2) The location of grease injection: the lubrication point of the disc harrow at the harrow group bearing, depth-limiting wheel, transport wheel, etc.

The location of lubricating oil: rake group adjustment mechanism, etc.Disc Harrow
