(1) Check the following before starting the engine:
1. If it is a new car, check whether there is damage in transit.
2. Check whether the lighting and horn systems are normal.
3. Check whether the hydraulic oil tank and diesel tank are full of oil.
4. Check the tightening condition of bolts and nuts, especially the tightening condition of the drive shaft bolts.
5. Check the tire pressure: front tires, rear tires.
6. Check whether the lubricating oil level of the engine, the deceleration balance box, the blade rotary worm gear box and the antifreeze liquid of the water tank are full.
7. Whether the lubrication points are filled with butter.
8. Whether the battery connector is corroded and oxidized.
9. Whether the fan belt and air conditioner belt are in good condition.
10. Whether the joints and hoses leak oil.
The above must be done in accordance with the technical requirements for the use of the grader.
(2) Check after starting the engine
1. Whether the signal indicators on the electronic monitor are normal.
2. The parking brake must be released.
3. Check the sensitivity of service braking and steering.
4. Check whether the sound of the engine and hydraulic pump is normal.
(3) Preparation before driving
Before driving on the road, please follow the rules to do the following work.
1. Clear the dirt on the grader.
2. Check brakes, turn signals, tires and lights.
3. Adjust the hinged steering, that is, the front and rear wheels must be in a straight line.
4. Check the tilt of the front and rear wheels, and adjust the front wheels vertically.
5. Put the blade in the driving position and try to increase the height of the blade from the ground.
6. Raise the bulldozer and ripper fully.
7. It must be noted that during driving, the position of the blade, bulldozer and ripper must not be too low, and they should be lifted as needed.
(4) Parking
1. Release the accelerator (throttle).
2. Put the gear selector in neutral, step on the foot brake, until the grader stops.
3. Press the parking brake button.
