Product Features:
1. It incorporates diversified functions, including road cleaning, road flushing, curb and curbstone face flushing, and dust-suppression spraying. It can be used as road sweeper, cleaning sweeper truck, curbstone cleaning tanker, and dust-suppression sprinkler.
2. The configuration of "two middle vertical brushes + middle super-wide suction nozzle + built-in high pressure water spray rod + left and right high pressure spray rods" is applied to achieve excellent cleaning performance. The high-pressure high-flow centrifugal fan is applied to realize high sewage recovery rate.
3. The low pressure water pump adopts domestic renowned brand product to achieve excellent road flushing performance, with the road flushing width up to 24m. The high pressure water pump, relief valve, and unloading valve adopt originally imported products, featuring excellent performance and high operating safety and reliability.
4. The clean water tank features high capacity to guarantee long continuous operating time and is in corrugated structure to achieve high strength. The anti-corrosion measure is taken for the inside of clean water tank to achieve long life. It’s installed with a low level warning device to prevent the operation under water shortage condition.
5. The garbage tank is made of high quality stainless steel plate to achieve high corrosion resistance and life and is internally installed with an overflow warning device to realize better operation convenience.
6. The garbage tank can be integrally tilted for dumping so that the sewage and garbage can be automatically dumped. The garbage tank is installed with high pressure cleaning device to automatically clean the sewage tank after the dumping of garbage.
7. A high pressure spraying system is installed on the rear lower side of the garbage tank for dust-suppression spraying on roads and road cool-down operations in summer. The optional upper high-pressure dust-suppression spraying device is available for suppression of dusts and haze.
8. To clean the roadside dead corners and the vehicle, a hand-held high pressure water gun is installed. The high pressure hose is automatically enwound by rotary reel, featuring free telescoping and handy operations.
9. A high-resolution camera is installed each on the sweeping discs and the rear portion of garbage tank and a high-resolution LCD display is installed within the cab. The display of the LCD display can be switched over to monitor the working conditions of left and right sweeping discs and the operating quality of vehicle and can be used for navigation during reversing.
10. The cab is installed internally with heating and air conditioning system. With electric and hydraulic centralized control, all road operations can be controlled within the cab.
