If the paver will be parked for 3 months or more, it should be maintained as follows:
(1) Perform technical maintenance for long-term parking according to the requirements in the instruction manual, and perform anti-rust treatment.
(2) Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the machine, the hopper, the screed, the screw distributor and the scraper conveying device. It should be parked in the warehouse as far as possible; if it is placed in the open air, it should be placed in a ventilated place and covered with canvas.
(3) Pad the screed with wooden blocks.
(4) The hopper and leveling cylinder should be fully retracted and greased.
(5) When parked for a long time, only the basic part of the ironing device and the material distribution device can be installed on the main machine.
(6) The random accessories of the paver should be treated with anti-rust after cleaning, and placed in a clean and ventilated room.
(7) Add new lubricating oil or grease to each lubricating point of the paver.
