Single Rotor Impact Crusher

This series of products use the principle of impact energy to crush materials. When working, the stone material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine. The rotor rotates at a high speed under the drive of the motor. The material entering from the feed inlet collides with the hammer on the rotor and becomes umbrella-shaped under the action of high-speed centrifugal force. It collides with the flying rocks around the turntable and is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer; the crushed material counter-attacks the lining board again. After the stones collide with each other, a vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the casing, and they collide, rub, and crush each other many times, and are finally discharged from the discharge port. A loop is formed, and the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor frame can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of changing the size and shape of the material.
